Digital FRKS is an Amazon services agency based in Lithuania. We provide advertising management, listing optimization, and account management services to Amazon sellers across the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union marketplaces. Our website is digitalfrks.com.
What Data We Collect
When you authorize our application through Amazon’s Login with Amazon (LWA) service, we receive access to your Amazon Advertising account data. This includes campaign performance metrics, keyword and targeting data, advertising spend and budget information, and reporting data necessary to manage your advertising campaigns.
We do not collect personal data beyond what Amazon provides through the authorization process, such as your advertising account identifier and profile information.
How We Use Your Data
We use your Amazon Advertising data solely for the purpose of managing, optimizing, and reporting on your advertising campaigns as part of our agreed service relationship. This includes monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets, generating reports, and providing strategic recommendations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your advertising data with any third parties. Your data is accessible only to authorized personnel within our agency who are directly involved in managing your account.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restrict access to your information based on job duties and business need. We maintain password policies for all personnel and systems, and credentials are stored securely and never hard-coded into applications or placed in public repositories.
Data Retention
We retain your advertising data for the duration of our service agreement. When our service relationship ends, we delete your data within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may revoke our application’s access to your Amazon Advertising data at any time through your Amazon account settings. You may also contact us to request information about what data we hold, to request deletion of your data, or to ask any questions about how your data is handled.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
