Most projects run two to four weeks from the scoping call to the final handover. Larger projects, like a full marketplace entry plan, can run six to eight weeks.

What does an Amazon consulting engagement cost?

We quote a fixed price after the scoping call, based on the depth of the question. There are no hourly surprises and no per-deliverable surcharges.

Will you implement the plan, or only deliver it?

Either way works. Some clients implement in-house. Others ask us to take the same plan into an account management engagement. The plan is delivered as a standalone asset regardless.
